ABOUT US The seat of the school is the town Most, situated between the Ore mountains and volcanic formative of the Central Bohemia High in the northwest part of the Bohemia. Landscape, affected by coal mining is in contrast to a beautiful nature and historical sights and modern architecture. Due to the number of bigger and smaller enterprises as well as some secondary schools and universities, is current Most a modern Down pudding with present life as well as a pleasure place for living, work and entertainment. Most and its surroundings offer a rich pallet of (cultural and sport activities and experiences) to inhabitants as well as visitors. The beauty of environments is sketched with vineyards and planting.
Technical Secondary School in Most-Velebudice is the largest complex educational facility in the Czech Republic. Nowadays there are fields focused on engineering, electrotechnics, construction, economics, administrative, ICT. Our school disposes of vast space for study, training, sport and interest activity. An integral part of the complex is theoretical education, practical education, boarding house and school canteen. In the space of practical education the school organises education for students and adults in form of retraining and professional courses, trainings and seminars. During study the school enables students to gain driving licence, welding certificate, passing of oxyacetylene burner course, also plastic and copper welding. The school is a significant partner of several foreign educational institutions, labour offices and institutions. It participates actively in the solving of unemployment and education people deficit in our region. The school realised several significant projects within EU programmes on national as well as transnational level, focused on further education and gaining of experience in fields through students and teachers within Mobility programm. Besides mentioned projects, where the school is a proposer, our school is as well as a partner in several projects that use its project experience. In our school is introduced IMS (Integrated Management System) ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

p TOP Pupils and parents > THEORETICAL EDUCATION
Hardware and software equipment has very good level. Students also use programmes such a constructive CADKEY, SURFCAM, ALL PLAN FT, accounting and graphic programmes, etc. Students have a possibility to use consulting hours, where they can improve their knowledge of control of these programmes and also buy school version. We teach English, German, French and Spanish languages. In the earliest future we are going to build a laboratory of engineering fields and a „fictitious business“ classroom. The other classrooms are equipped with new equipment such a way to fulfil standards of EU and provide better conditions and environment to students for study, but also to teachers for educational work.
Pupils and parents > practical education
Within vocational training our school cooperate with some organisation. They offer their equipment to our students to get better possibility in their professional growth. The students also meet work process in practical job. We have also contact with some professional groups that offer getting the newest piece of knowledge and that is why also high professionalism and regency of education. We are members of Craft of heating engineers and plumbers in CR, Craft of plasterboard workers in CR, Craft of tillers in CR, Craft of metal, Association of energy education and etc. Traditional check of theoretical and practical student’s knowledge is skill competition. Students have a possibility to get some new experience, know new modern technologies and meet new people. Within the practical education our school cooperate with elementary schools from Most to be closer to public. Lessons of polytechnic education are held for students of these schools and they are very interesting. They learn basis of material hand tooling and other craft fields with help of teachers for practical training as well as students of our school.
Pupils and parents > Practical Education > CNC-CENTRE Engineering centre has been risen due to a realization of the project „REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL ENGINEERING CENTRE FOR NC MACHINES“. The project was financed by the structural funds of EU, Common regional operation programme SROP and state budget of the Czech Republic.
The centre was festive opened on 17 March 2006 by former hetman of the Usti Region Jiři Šulc, headmaster Jiří Škrábal and other significant guests and partners. The complete equipment was ensured by Euromont Group a.s.. Here we provide education of pupils and also adults in further education, mainly in engineering fields using modern technological equipment. Training regards to operation and work with CNC machines DMG and education school systems of firm SMC Industrial Automation CZ s.r.o. Brno. u CNC workshop The workshop is equipped by machine tools, band saw for cutting material and 2 working places with hardware and software equipment. ISCAR and Hofmann Group instruments are used for training and work.
u Metrological laboratory This laboratory is equipped by measuring devices from the Mitutoyo Česko s.r.o. firm.
u Educational systems In CNC-Centre are installed educational systems from the SMC Industrial Automation CZ s.r.o. Brno firm. These systems are used for education support in the field of automatic and engineering production. They integrate the most common industrial technologies, pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, hydraulic, sensor and vacuum technics, PLC, robotics, industrial communication, SCADA-systems. The welding school offers courses, training and testing for the following categories:
We offer these courses: Basic courses according the ČSN 05 0705 - all methods of welding - time duration 22 weekdays daily training
Training courses for the European welding test according the ČSN EN 287 - time duration 22 weekdays daily training
Training for staff and welding operations staff for the attendance of welding equipment - time duration 5 weekdays daily training. Other offer of trainings and courses ZP 111 or 135-1 1.1 ZP 942/912-8/9 31, ZP 111-1 a ZP 135-1 Copper soldering ZP 942/912-8/9 31 (you need qualification ZK 311) ZP 81-2 W02 Pupils and parents > boarding house We offer a possibility of accommodation for our pupils and students in the boarding house and for guests of our school within educational projects or sport events, visitors of our region and tourists in the hostel. There are 2-3 beds in a room with their own toilet and shower bath. The accommodated can use the equipped kitchen and the common room. Near from the building there is a parking place and easy public transport.
Pupils and parents > dining-hall There was extensive reconstruction of the school canteen and the kitchen in 2003-2004. The running in the totally new and modern equipped school canteen with the kitchen was started in 2004. The school dining-hall is located in the immediate vicinity of school and offers the pleasant atmosphere. There is a possibility of catering for students as well as the other employees and school visitors. University and business employees who have the place of work in rented spaces of our facility also utilize the possibility of catering. We have catered to our pupils and students and guests of our school within educational projects and sport events who are accommodated in the boarding house.
p TOP Sport and interest activity > SPORT
During a school year we take a part of various sports competitions and tournaments within the district, the region and the Czech Republic. Our school has also supported daily individual sports activities for students in their free time. There are a fitness centre, a table tennis playroom, a school gymnasium and mainly a sports hall equipped for almost collective indoor sports. All of the facilities are available in lessons and in free time. The surface of playing area has provided high comfort and game enjoyment. There has been opened a sports class in the field of Road Transport focused on the environment protection and transport for applicants who might become future football players. We have used the long-term cooperation with FK SIAD Most and our students have been a permanent storehouse for football in Most.
Sport and interest activity > INTEREST ACTIVITY
There is also a possibility to rent the cinema. Our school has provided technical running according to client requirements.
The lounge in the school canteen and conference room in the administrative building serves by similar way. They are equipped with modern technical equipments for projection, presentations, and interpreting and audio-visual reproduction. There are a bowling room, a billiard, a fitness centre and a shooting saloon in the boarding house. They can be used in free time.

Within oh realisation of projects in a sphere of human sources we and Labour office in Most share in unemployment people education and their engagement at labour market. There is a place for retraining and professional courses, training, seminars and conference. Within of realisation of European projects we are a submitter of these projects - projects and their objectives: Program of Partnership Initiative EQUAL - NÁVRAT DO BUDOUCNOSTI (RETURN TO FUTURE) - Complex program for support of equal opportunities of men and women in the Ústí region.
Phare 2003 RLZ provision 1.1 - INDIS - Support of social and economic solidarity and reduction in unemployment in the NUT II North-West region.
OP RLZ - Provision 3.3 - Educational module of The Regional Educational Centre for NC Technology - making more effective educational system in a sphere of technical fields, mostly NC technology. Common regional operative program SROP - The Regional Educational Centre for NC Machines - Building of specialized engineering centre that will be equipped with top NC technologies. Schools and educational organizations in the Ústí region within their lessons will use them. ESF OP RLZ - ŠANCE (CHANCE) - Comprehensive programme of support of education of pupils and students - The objective of this project is to offer a complex support to disadvantaged pupils and students with a combination of handicaps (social disorder, behaviour disorder etc.) who are threatened of the abortion of school attendance in the region of Most and Chomutov.
ESF OP RLZ - NEW EDUCATIONAL MODULES OF NC TECHNOLOGIES - The objective of this project is to improve a quality of education in schools by creating new educational programme units which are focused on the NC technologies mediation of functional experience.
Within of realisation of European projects we are a partner of these projects - projects and their objectives: Phare 2003 RLZ - Provision 2.1 – PROMĚNA (TRANSFORMATION) - Limitation of number of persons who early finish the school and development of active precautions against social abortion and support of their active connection at labour market in future. Phare 2003 RLZ - Provision 1.1 - ASISTENCE (ASSISTANCE) - Benefit to solve employment by increase of number of self-employed persons (gainfully self-employed).
OP RLZ - PODPORA (SUPPORT) - Activation of a target group to get sustainable job and to create nine new vacancies for the target group by means of provided advisory and retraining services. OP RLZ - Promotion 3.1 - NOVÁ PŘÍLEŽITOST (NEW OPPORTUNITY) - Minimisation of high unemployment in selected regions and connection of the target group at regional labour market in harmony with actual run on job applicants. Programme of Initiative Community EQUAL - CHANCE - The aim of the project has been formation of module programme how to deal at the stage before and after liberation from execution of punishment of imprisonment and its checking on in the field. Business Games - to increase pupils competences in the initial education in the area of business competences in the Usti Region and hereby improve their use on the labour market. The development partnership consists of 11 institutions in the district of Most, Chomutov, Děčín, Litoměřice a Ústí nad Labem. The Community Initiative EQUAL - INET – the project objective is to disseminate and mainstream the best outputs and results of the project INNOSTART – a complex programme for supporting of business at persons from disadvantaged groups in the Ústí Region. p TOP OTHER OFFER Within productive work of our students we offer: Car services - service of motor vehicles in our own garages. Car preparation for technical control. Emissions testing and error detection with diagnostic unit of BOSCH. Joiner works-making of various boxes, cases and shelves, fence parts and other joiner products according to customer’s own design. Locksmith works-making of small locksmith works, particularly sheet metal cutting and bending up to 3mm. Electro-plumber works-small electro-plumber works, in particular for seniors. Building works-attic, flat and industrial objects reconstructions with using of plasterboard constructions, facings and bricklayer works.
We also offer accommodation and catering services, rental of sports fields and non-residential premises and other small production.

Our
school have developed relatively extensive activities in a sphere oh
international cooperation. The school contacts are directed to Germany, Denmark,
Belgium, Sweden, Hungary, Great Britain, Scotland and Greece. The aim of these
activities is the use of experience to apply different system of education and
the possibility to get the most modern knowledge by form of exchanged stays for
teachers and students in the partner organisations and pilot projects.
